Dans ce palmarès figurent cinq films chinois, dont In the Mood for Love de Wong Kar-wai à la 2^e place, Yi yi / Yi yi: A One and a Two de Yang Dechang au 8^e rang, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon et Brokeback Mountain d'Ang Lee et The Assassin de Hou Hsiao-hsien.
